REFUND POLICY

Lilo & Co. urges you to choose carefully as we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, unless the item is deemed to be faulty. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have received a defective item , please contact us via email at  info@liloandco.com.au . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lilo & Co. urges customers to always monitor and supervise their pet. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by use or mis use of our products.   Car restraints are to ensure your pet is secured safely whilst operating a vehicle, Lilo & Co. recommend that the car restraint is attached to a harness, rather than a collar due to the unlikely event of an accident the harness and certified restraint will ensure your pet is safely protected.
